(4) You are now going to bring your hands to your thighs.
(5) Now swing your hands back around and go to the next step.
(6) Once you swing Your Hands around Put your hands in a diving position (one hand on top of the other with your head in the middle.)
(7) Practice until you get it (you're probably not going to get it right away!)
