Shrimp Fried Rice for One Person Without Veggies (in Case you’re Autistic like Me) by MT

 Ingredients

1 cup of rice

2 shrimps, unshelled and chopped up

1 egg beaten with 1 tsp of water

3/4 a tbsp of soy sauce

3/4 a tbsp of dark soy sauce

3/4 a tbsp of oyster sauce 

1 tbsp of butter

Any pan is fine, but use a wok for best results!

This recipe can be doubled and modified however you like.

How to make

  1. Take half of the butter and cook the shrimps until pink all over on medium heat.

  2. Turn the heat up to high, add your egg, and scramble.

  3. Dump in the rice and the rest of the butter, cook on high for three minutes.

  4. Halfway through, add the sauces and mix well.

  5. After three minutes, serve and enjoy.
